Approach
Adopt straightforward improvements that meaningfully strengthen the raid. Avoid costly grinds or risky strategies for marginal speed gains.
Loot
Loot council, run through the RCLC addon, with every decision tracked. Big items weigh attendance and reliability, performance, and raid needs (example: tanks may get tier first for prog). Questions about a decision are welcome.
Vibe
Fun and lighthearted, not chaotic. We take feedback and improve, with no toxicity over mistakes.
Roster
Projected rosters aren’t final. They’re our best guess from current signups. Anything can change as people level (or don’t). Rosters will become more solid closer to December 9 and beyond.
